New Customers
Simply add the products you would like to the Shopping Cart and then click on CHECK OUT. If you are a New User you will only be asked to enter your Email address. You will then need to enter the correct information into the fields requested and your order will be dispatched.
Repeat Customers
When you place your second order and subsequent orders you will need to enter your Email Address and Customer Code. Your Customer Code can be requested by clicking on MY ACCOUNT then enter your email address into the field under the heading FORGOTTEN YOUR CUSTOMER CODE then click on the REMIND ME button. Your customer code will then be emailed to you.
Alternatively you can email info@reggaemusicstore.com and we will send you your Customer Code. You can request your own memorable Customer Code by sending an email to info@reggaemusicstore.com or you can change your Customer Code yourself once you have logged into your account for the first time by clicking on the option CHANGE CUSTOMER CODE, Click here.
By keeping your customer code you’ll be able to access the site quickly & can store orders in your basket for future purchases.
Need to add a different shipping address?
If you wish the goods to be shipped to a different address from
your billing address, at Checkout Step 2 enter the postcode/zipcode for the
shipping address. Click proceed and at Stage 4 you’ll be able to enter
both your billing information & your shipping information.
YOUR ORDER
Amending Your Order
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as alternative
items, or change of shipping details etc, please email us as soon as possible
after placing the order. We will do everything possible to comply with your
wishes but cannot make any changes once the goods have been shipped.
Informing you about the status of your order
If you pay by credit card you will receive automatic email confirmation from Worldpay as soon as you make the purchase. We will also inform you by email when your order has been despatched.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on MY ACCOUNT then login to your account using your EMAIL ADDRESS and CUSTOMER CODE. Once you have logged in, click on VIEW next to your order and you can see the current status of your order.
If you pay by other methods we will inform you by email when your payment has been received & when your order has been dispatched.
What happens if I change my email address?
If you change your email address you should email us the new details so that we can update your records and you can keep the same customer code to log in to your account.
How can I talk to someone about my order?

How do I receive the MP3 downloads I’ve just purchased?
Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive an email with details of your customer code and will be able to login to your account on http://www.reggaemusicstore.com where the MP3’s will be available for download. You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account with your email address and customer code.
What happens if a product is unavailable ?
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will inform
you by email & ask you to choose an alternative.
SHIPPING
How quickly are UK orders delivered ?
The majority of orders received are despatched within 24 hours. Depending on the size of the order we usually send parcels by first class recorded delivery, which should arrive the next day (but this is not guaranteed). Larger orders are sent by Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next day service.
How quickly are International orders delivered ?
The majority of orders received are despatched within 24 hours
and arrive within 7 – 10 days of despatch. Larger orders are sent registered
& insured. Orders weighing over 2kg are sent by the UK post office’s
“Parcelforce” service, which can sometimes take longer to arrive.
RETURNS
Our returns policy covers only items which are damaged or faulty.

safe as Worldpay, our credit card processing company, use the latest encryption
technology to ensure maximum security.
What use do we make of your personal details?
Reggaemusicstore will not pass your details onto any other party. Those of you who opt to be placed on our mailing list will not find your details sold onto anyone else.
PRICES AND TAXES
All prices shown on the site are exclusive of Value Added Tax
(VAT). By law we must add 17.5% VAT to the total of orders from any customer
in any EU country.
